Riley Forrest-Bank is a professionally trained artist with a bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design Communications and a self-taught passion for clothing design.

It was while studying Graphic Design Communications at Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia when everything changed. As the only student from his program accepted into a semester abroad at the Glasgow School of Art, he jumped at the chance. Glasgow was electric. Surrounded by world-class fashion, textiles, and fearless creativity, he fell in love with clothing as an art form. That's where he designed the original DYNAMIC logo.

He knew deep down he wanted to make clothes, even if he had no idea yet how to actually do it. In his final semester back at Jefferson, DYNAMIC became more than an idea, it became his Capstone project. He expanded the vision, designed full collections, and actually created wearable pieces based on them. Pouring everything into that project showed him this wasn't just a hobby; it was what he was meant to build.

For the next six months he taught himself how to use it, stitching late into the night, making mistakes, ripping seams, and starting over. At the same time, he obtained a job as a screen printer. Working every day, he started to truly understand production, ink, fabrics, and what could make a brand stand out. He began experimenting: cutting up recycled graphic tees, salvaging the printed graphics, and sewing them back together into new, one-of-a-kind collages. That summer, he took what he'd made to his first local market. and nearly sold out. Seeing people connect with the pieces; wearing something truly unique, made from discarded materials hit him hard. That's when he knew creating fabric collages from recycled clothing was the path forward for DYNAMIC.

Today, DYNAMIC is all about that energy: bold, sustainable, imperfect, and unapologetic. We turn waste into wearable art that helps people feel confident and expressive. Every piece tells a story of reinvention, just like the brand itself.
